2. Provide plan review and permitting services.
3. Inspect each phase of construction for compliance with fire, safety and health codes.
4. Maintain and renew state and county registered contractors licenses.
5. Implement code compliances and code on county buildings.
6. Comply with county, state and federal reporting requirements on permitted buildings.
